Baked Salmon

This absolutely delicious, healthy and all satisfying dinner is so easy to prepare!

What you’ll need:

A foil lined baking sheet



Garlic (3 cloves minced)

Fresh parsley (dry will do, finely chopped)

1/3 cup dry white wine

4 tablespoons butter

1 tsp season salt 

Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  1. Microwave minced garlic, butter, parsley, wine, lemon juice and season salt for about 15-20 seconds or until butter is melted.
  2. Arrange asparagus and salmon evenly on foil lined pan. Pour butter mixture over everything.
  3. Bake for 10-20 min depending on how much fish you are cooking. Careful not to overcook. Fish should be flakey and opaque.
