Low Carb Banana Peanut Butter Pancakes 🥞

I’ve tried no-carb banana pancake recipes and none of them truly satisfied. The texture always was missing something and left me a little grossed out.

In this recipe I use a very very small amount of bisquick to give a more desirable texture while the majority of the pancake is egg and banana.

Recipe yields 5 medium sized pancakes.

Heat your griddle to about 350 (or cook in a traditional non-stick frying pan)


1 banana 

1 large egg

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/4 cup bisquick

1/4 cup skim milk

Mash egg and then combine other wet ingredients incorporating bisquick mix last.

Pour onto pan or griddle, when you see them rise up and bubble a little on top flip them. Just like with traditional pancakes.

I served mine with syrup, turkey sausage and some juicy watermelon 😋
