These are a simple, healthy and easy snack idea to keep little ones satisfied.. I could even see myself snacking on these on a summer day. My little one also asks for these whenever she has a sore throat.
1 cup of yogurt
- Put yogurt in bag. Cut tip.
- Squeeze dots onto wax paper covered pan.
Put your favorite type of yogurt in a piping bag or make your own out of a ziplock bag… squeeze out as many dots as you can fit on a sheet of waxed paper.
Freeze for an hour.
Pop them off and store them in a freezer bag in the freezer 😊
