Chocolate peanut butter “Milkshake”

A low fat yogurt alternative to the classic ice cream milk shake!

I started making this for my 3 year old daughter who can’t seem to get enough ice cream or chocolate milk these days! 


How she managed to get it on her forehead I’ll never know 😂

… and skim/low fat milk! For a thicker version only add a little milk. You can experiment with the milk until you find the consistency you prefer.

2 big tablespoons of peanut butter

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 1/2 bananas

1/2 cup milk 

1/2 cup plain lowfat or Greek yogurt

**ice shavings or cubes if you want a frozen beverage

Blend it up! Pour into a cup and enjoy(:

A healthy way to satisfy your chocolate cravings… and your littles ones too 😉
